1. The program

Partners get a personal invite link to Jonny's Telegram community. People who join through it are tracked as your referrals. The first partner whose link someone uses keeps that referral.

2. What earns a commission

You earn a fixed amount for each person you referred who joins VIP. Every commission is reviewed during the holding period, and we may remove it if the referral turns out to be invalid. The amount follows the ladder on your dashboard and is based on how many verified first deposits you've had in total. It's paid once per person. Someone who was already a client before joining through your link doesn't count. Rates can change; changes apply to new commissions only.

3. Holding period and payouts

Commissions are held for 30 days to allow for reversals, cancellations and fraud checks. You can request a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum of $50. We may reverse a commission if the underlying revenue is reversed or the referral turns out to be invalid.

4. Promotion rules

You promote Jonny's free community and education only. You must not make claims about profits, income or win rates, give financial advice, mention bonuses or incentives to open a trading account, run paid advertising, impersonate Jonny, spam, or target anyone under 18. Any communication about trading must say that CFDs are high risk.

5. Fraud

Self-referrals, fake or incentivised accounts, and any attempt to game tracking lead to removal from the program and loss of unpaid commissions.

6. Payouts

We pay to your Bullwaves trading account (preferred) or to a USDT wallet you provide. You're responsible for giving correct details; crypto sent to a wrong address or network can't be recovered.

7. Questions

8. Taxes

You're responsible for declaring and paying tax on what you earn.

9. Ending the program

Either side can end participation at any time. Approved commissions earned under these terms will still be paid.
